• Handle full spectrum of HR support and services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations & engagement
• Responsible for retail staff recruitment including sourcing and shortlisting of candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks and making offer
• Explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising, social media, job fair, recruitment day and recruitment channels, etc.
• Act as Business Partner to liaise and work closely with different departments to facilitate successful hiring
• Help in research of recruitment activities of relevant companies and market trends (talent, profiles, salary, benefits, procedures, organization, etc.)
• Update and maintain recruitment reports and database to ensure accuracy
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or other business related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of solid recruitment experience, preferably from retail industry
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to details and sensitive in managing deadlines
• Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility
• Experienced user of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
