Joining a diverse and fun established team of eight HR professionals, this is permanent full-time role supporting our recruitment and selection, training, compliance and staff recognition activities, and processing information relating to the onboarding and offboarding of staff. You will be involved in HR projects together with other team members to grow your HR experience and knowledge.About youTo be successful in this position, you will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or similar discipline) and be interested in applying your knowledge of contemporary human resources practices. You will be a quick learner who is willing to ask questions and share ideas.You take pride in accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with employee data and have strong computer literacy with emphasis on data management and Microsoft Office.Experience in the aged care or community care sectors is beneficial but not essential.
