Job description: Our client, a global leader in providing customer support services to businesses worldwide, is looking for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join their team for an exciting 3-month temporary position, with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve employee issues promptly and professionally, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage employee records, assist with general HR tasks, and support the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of employee contracts to ensure legal compliance.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting the onboarding process when needed.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in Campbellfield from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
