• Salary up to £35,000

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent for the hotel.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance team skills and service standards.
• Ensure legal compliance and implement HR policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll processes.
• Contribute to performance management and employee recognition programs.

ABOUT YOU

• Charismatic and highly motivated

• Luxury hotel experience is preferred but not essential.
• Passion and creativity: a genuine love for hospitality and a creative flair.
• Attention to detail: understanding what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service.
