Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses, the Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.YOUR DAY TO DAYAs a Human Resources Manager, you will be dealing with the social, economic, financial and business aspects related to Human Resources. Overall creating a positive, engaging and fun work environment for colleagues while keeping an eye on the budget and expenses. • Human Resources experience of 3-4 years is required in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to build cohesive teams and solid working relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of the job market in the United Arab Emirates.
• Enjoy training and motivating others to reach their maximum potential.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities and a driven nature.
