Job description: Human Resources ManagerJob Location : Abu Dhabi , UAEKey Accountabilities:
Collaborate with the company’s HR department to develop effective HR policies for contractors.
Design and implement HR management and development strategies, encompassing recruitment and selection practices, discipline, grievances, training, development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture development, performance appraisal, and quality management.
Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievements within agreed formats and timescales.
Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the maintenance team.
Plan employee performance appraisals; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation, and development.
Liaise with functional heads to understand necessary aspects and needs of HR development, ensuring they are informed of HR objectives, purposes, and achievements.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience in human resources management, organizational development, process improvement, compensation, and staffing.
Skills Required:
Well-organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
Proven leadership skills in large organizations.
Maturity of judgment under pressure and problem-solving abilities.
Strategic thinker, open to new ideas.
Ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment.
