And delivers truly memorable experiences to our guests and employees as a result.A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Creating programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employee
- Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest and employee experiences
- Welcoming and orienting new team members of the hotel
- Establishing effective recruitment plans and channels to attract talents
- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures
- Supporting and administering an annual team member satisfaction survey
What we need from you
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, hospitality management, or equivalent
- A minimum of 8 years’ solid work experience in hotel human resources team, with at least 2 years at managerial role
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related laws is a must
- Proactive, agile and creative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage and influence a wide variety of key stakeholders
- Strong planning and organising skills, multi-tasking abilities and attention to details
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), speaking and writing; speak any other languages is an advantage
