In this role, you will work closely with the recruitment and payroll teams to ensure seamless HR operations.   • 2 or more years Administration Experience in an organisation of scale
  • Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action.
  • computer literate
  • Moderate level of fitness to walk around the hospital grounds.
  • Proven experience in a role requiring high levels of confidentiality
  • A tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Business Studies, and/or equivalent practical experience (not essential)
