You will act as a HR Business Partner for assigned business team in Prague and potentially other locations.You will play a pivotal role, providing expert advice and support to both employees and management on a wide range of human resource matters.You will have both strategic and operational responsibilities, supporting key HR areas such as Employee Relations, Labor Compliance, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Services.Additionally, you will act as Project Manager for identified HR Projects as and when required and ensure a successful implementation and roll out. support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.Key Responsibilities

  • HR Policies & Compliance: Implement and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Employee Relations: Provide advice and support on employee issues, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, absence management, and performance improvement.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize engagement initiatives, town halls, and employee surveys to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Training & Development: Support company-wide training plans, conduct training needs analysis, and facilitate employee development programs.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, oversee contracts and policy updates, and ensure HR data management aligns with GDPR and local regulations.
  • HR Reporting: Monitor key HR metrics and provide reports to assess and improve business performance.

Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English language including business writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of both Workday, ServiceNow and payroll processing.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • ​Safeguard labor law application, monitor changes and ensure stable employee relations.
  • Keep the archive up to date and organized in accordance with local legal requirements.
  • Suggests and works on process improvements.
