Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the candidate will be responsible for providing HR administrative and clerical support for expatriate relocation, payroll/benefits administration (medical insurance & MPF), tax filing and ad hoc project to ensure effective, efficient and accurate HR functions.Assist with organising staff relations activitiesPerform accurate system data entry, record updates and personnel record filingPerform Work Visa application and extension for expatriate staffPerform Teacher Registration and Qualification AssessmentPerform accurate staff count and prepare report during fire drills and real accidentsAssist with preparation of HR correspondencesHR General Provide HR administrative and clerical support including data entry, photocopying, scanning, documents and reports filing Arrange interview appointments and meetings Arrange interview appointments and meetings Update leave and attendance record and personnel data Prepare PO form Recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding process including but not limited to background, criminal record, DBS, medical and reference checks as well as administer medical insurance, tax enrolment/return/clearance and MPF and other follow-up administration Responsible for payroll process Update and maintain an accurate database of personnel records, leave and attendance Provide professional advice and support to staff enquiry Any other appropriate duties as allocated by members of the school’s leadership team Provide back-up support to perform office administration tasks Perform ad-hoc assignment as required Perform annual audit and other ad-hoc assignment as required Core HR and Recruitment KPIsJob RequirementBachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines (or equivalent)Minimum two years HR or administrative experiences gained from a sizable organisationWell-versed in HKSAR Labour Ordinance, MPF and tax regulationsStrong Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Chinese word processing for producing reports and presentationsExperience in HRIS administration and managementWorking in educational institution is an advantage but not essentialGood command of written and spoken English and CantoneseGood cross-cultural, interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and cultures.Excellent analytical skills – with the passion and drive to demonstrate and quantify success.Results orientated with the ability to consistently map efforts against identified KPIs.Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasks.You’d like to work in a purpose-led sector.The successful candidate:Each Nord Anglia Education school is unique in character and designed to meet the needs of its community.
