Our HR team are expected to work across a range of HR Service Category activities, independently and as part of a team:In the role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain strong working relationships and collaborating with peers within the BHP HR community including HR Business Partnership and subject matter experts to drive functional improvements and initiatives;
• Provide accurate and timely advice to stakeholders on a range of HR related queries;
• Support implementation of improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy;
• Support reporting processes and develop insights to drive improvement;
• Complete projects, and ad-hoc tasks in support of HR team as required;
• Contributing to and promoting a culture of high performance and a disciplined approach to work.

ABOUT YOU

• Degree or any relevant qualification in Human Resource (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply);
• High computer literacy, including excellent spreadsheet/database skills and the ability to generate insights;
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders in support of resolving complex issues.
