A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role.The main focus of this role is to provide support to the Human Resources function within the business. The role require strict adherence to internal policy and legislative guidelines while promoting the company’s values of We Care, We’re Curious and We Achieve Together.The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:Human Resources

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • To support Line Managers with the Induction, Probation and Performance Management procedures.
  • Maintain and update the HR system database.
  • To act as a first point to contact for HR queries.
  • To administer letters / forms for the team members in the business.

Learning & Development

  • Deliver company induction programs
  • Influence and drive continuous improvement through creating and developing good working relationships with managers and employees
  • Support Line Managers with the delivery and application of development needs identified during the Probation and PDP processes
  • Plan, draft and manage key L&D communications
  • Support the coordination of L&D activity across the business

General

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on department activity.
  • Support the general administration and projects within the department as required.

Requirements:Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant level of on the job experience
  • Excellent oral and highly developed written communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Essential

  • The ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders is crucial
  • Strong administrative and IT skills – Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook essential
  • Very strong organisation skills and effective time management
  • Strong relationship skills
