Job description: Human Resources administrator – EducationEast London Hybrid working£24700-29000Our client is one of the UK’s most impressive school federations and has recently expanded its network to include 3 schools in Essex.A newly created role has arisen to support the HR team in all elements of recruitment and Human Resources practices. This is an HR generalist role that will encompass all elements including onboarding and offboarding, supporting on payroll, dealing with 1st line HR queries across the schools, updating HR records and liaising with recruitment agencies to set up interviews, providing feedback etc.In time, this individual will work on smaller projects and take on more responsibility. At times, you may need to visit the Essex schools, however all expenses will be covered.The ideal experience would be HR administration in either the public or private sector.
