Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Expertise in Employee Relations and Performance Management Familiarity with developing and implementing HR policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
