Our Mission: To create conditions within which people can thrive!We are seeking a proactive and experienced HRBP Generalist (Specialist Level) to partner with managers and employees to implement HR strategies that align with business goals. This role involves managing core HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, talent management, and operational support, with a focus on driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities:Strategic Business Partnering:

  • Act as an HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on workforce planning, team development, and HR-related strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and drive informed decision-making.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring resolution in alignment with company policies and labor laws.
  • Drive employee engagement programs to improve retention, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

Recruitment and Talent Management:

  • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring for assigned business units.
  • Assist in identifying and nurturing high-potential employees for succession planning and leadership development.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development discussions.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate and updated employee records in HR systems.
  • Monitor compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and government-mandated requirements (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and data integrity.

Learning and Development:

  • Identify training needs within business units and coordinate relevant learning programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and development sessions to support employee growth and skill enhancement.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate HR metrics and dashboards for management, including turnover, headcount, and engagement trends.
  • Use data insights to recommend and implement improvements in HR processes and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Google Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
