Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews and connect with potential candidates
Build, mentor, and lead your own high-performing team
Create & manage compelling marketing campaigns across social media
Analyze and optimize ad performance for maximum impact
Attend and participate global training calls via Zoom
Research and implement innovative marketing strategies
Oversee daily business operations and administration
Participate in ongoing business system training
