This prestigious role requires an individual with a strong grasp of HR management within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating positive work environments and enhancing employee engagement while driving organizational success.Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the hotel’s operational goals.
• Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new staff members.
• Manage employee relations, swiftly addressing concerns to promote a harmonious workplace.
• Oversee performance management processes to foster employee growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and statistics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in HR management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the luxury hotel sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities coupled with attention to detail.
• Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Dubai Marina or JBR area is a plus
• Must be currently available in UAE

Benefits:The salary is AED 12,000 to 18,000 (depending on experience)

Expected salary: 12000 – 18000 per month
