Job description: We are seeking a professional and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and HR compliance.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goalsMaintain employee records and HRIS systemsOversee employee engagement and welfare initiativesEnsure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practicesSupport department heads in performance management and staff developmentConduct periodic training sessions and workshopsHandle disciplinary matters and conflict resolution professionallyJob SpecificationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
