• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in an HR role, demonstrating knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Tanggungjawab

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and assist in developing performance improvement plans.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary to maintain compliance.
