Serve as a central point of contact for HR operational matters, providing guidance and support to employees.
Manage and maintain comprehensive employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
Oversee the execution of employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience at every stage.
Handle all medical insurance-related activities, including employee additions and deletions, claims processing, and coordinating with insurance providers to ensure prompt resolution of employee medical claims.
Act as the HR focal point for medical insurance matters, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and supporting employees with related queries and concerns.
Support the preparation of HR reports and data analytics for management, leveraging insights to inform decision-making.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, corporate events, and team-building initiatives that align with the organization’s culture and values.
Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective communication and adherence across the organization.
Support HR audits and compliance efforts, staying abreast of employment legislation and best practices.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Provide beginner-level support in performance management processes, such as tracking performance review timelines, collecting and collating appraisal data, and assisting managers and employees in understanding performance review procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2 – 4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a dynamic environment.
Sound knowledge of HR processes, HRIS, and employment regulations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build trust with employees.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
