Possess any recognized Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years experiences in similar related
Knowledge in Infotech system is added advantage
Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Excel / Word / Power Point)
Good organizational & strong communication skills.
Be persistent, well organized and able to work under pressure.
Ability to keep information confidential.
Strong work ethic and comfortable working in a team environment.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period
Tanggungjawab
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment & onboarding, compensation & benefits, training, leave management, employee relations and other HR administration function.
Preparing monthly payrolls such as overtime and claims, before cut-off date.
Managing, compiling data and letter preparation of confirmation, probation extension, resignation, transfer, salary review and bonus.
Administer staff attendance and leave application.
Manage recruitment for the group including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
Monitor and upkeep of employee personal file/records to ensure all information are documented properly.
Liaise with Panel Clinic for registration / termination staff for medical benefit and Monitor staffs’ month medical expenses
Plan and assist in organization’s activities such as Festive Celebration, company dinner, team building.
