As an HR Coordinator, you will oversee various HR functions that are integral to the operations of the hotel.Your responsibilities will range from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement initiatives, ensuring that our valued staff are supported every step of the way.Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume reviews, and interview coordination
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees and ensure a welcoming orientation experience
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
• Assist in organizing staff events and recognition programs
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Prior experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Must be currently available in UAE
