This involves analyzing workforce trends, applying the latest HC work-force strategy, short and long-term workforce/resource planning, and improving overall employee experience.
You will play a crucial role in planning the right people with the right skills in the right positions to achieve the desired objectives of the different Line-of-Services. Additionally, you will analyze data, forecast future needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the workforce.
Focused on relationships, you will be building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating through complex situations, you will be growing your technical expertise and awareness of your strengths.Examples of the skills, knowledge, and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Education Required: An ideal candidate should hold a BSc(Honours) degree in management, resource planning, data analytics or any similar discipline or a Chartered Accountant with additional certifications / diplomas in data management / analytics.Experience Required:
