Job description: My client is a leading multinational corporation with a global presence and a workforce of 300 employees worldwide. They are looking for a Regional HRBP, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives across multiple regions. Working closely with country managers and local vendors, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance, managing operations, and ensuring compliance in key locations.

They are looking for a Regional HRBP, the candidate will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives across multiple regions. Working closely with country managers and local vendors, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance, managing operations, and ensuring compliance in key locations.Description

  • Provide strategic advice to leaders in the EMEA and APAC regions. (300 Employees)
  • Guide and coach managers on employee relations issues and team management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR compliance in Turkey, France, America, Hong Kong SAR, India etc.
  • Partner with business leaders for budgeting and workforce planning.
  • Optimize performance management strategies by implementing new processes and training managers to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Streamline global payroll processes across various locations and entities to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in international locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in English.
