• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management and talent development programs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance management and employee engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR best practices and organizational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in Organization Development, preferably within the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and principles, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
