You will support and help drive automation, manage key initiatives, and champions continuous improvement.With a strong focus on user experience (UX/UI) and Human-Centered Design (HCD), your role as the Business Analyst ensures that HR solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business needs.You will support and have coverage across ServiceNow, MS Forms, SharePoint and ECMS and plays a key role in a number of HR cyclical activities and cross functional key projects.HR Systems & Process Support
