Job description: What we expect from you:

• Manage recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies and regulations to ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
• Provide expert advice and support to the Department Director in implementing effective HR strategies and policies.
• Undertake additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management to contribute to the overall HR objectives and organizational success.

How we imagine you:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years solid working experience in the full spectrum of HR.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF ordinance, and other HR-related regulations.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, both spoken and written.

• 負責提供專業的人力資源建議，並主力協助部門負責人推行人力資源策略及制度實施
• 完成其他管理層交辦的工作任務

崗位要求：

• 本科或以上學歷
• 3年以上人力資源工作經驗
• 精通香港僱傭條例、強積金條例及其他人力資源相關法規
• 精通粵語、普通話和英語，包括口語和書面語
