As HR Projects Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact strategic HR initiatives within Jumeirah Group & Corporate. Working closely with Centres of Excellence and the CHRO, you will act as a program manager, driving transformation projects, supporting stakeholder alignment, and facilitating operational improvement in HR systems and culture.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic HR projects including digital HR transformation and employee engagement
  • Partner with COE teams to ensure successful project delivery without intervening in daily HR operations
  • Act as liaison across departments to support change management initiatives
  • Evaluate current HR processes and propose enhancements that increase effectiveness and scalability
  • Track project metrics, KPIs, and deliverables; prepare insights and dashboards for leadership reporting
  • Provide high-level executive support to the CHRO including scheduling, prioritization, and project tracking
  • Support HR communications across teams, aligning with organizational culture and strategic priorities

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in HR project management or strategic human resources roles
  • Bachelor\’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development (required)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results
  • Experience in large-scale change programs, preferably in hospitality or corporate enterprise
