Start Date: ImmediateKey Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR system updates.
• Use Oracle HR systems for employee data management and reporting.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Support recruitment efforts including scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
• Coordinate with payroll and other departments for timely processing.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
• Assist with performance management tracking and employee relations support.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HR systems
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in UAE.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
