- Handle standard service requests
- Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope
- Ensure timely and accurate input into HR systems (SAP-HR Core, Workday) as well as efficient exchange of information with vendors, if applicable, to provide the best possible customer experience
- Act as subject matter expert for personnel administration data and processes
- Support the team in the operational conversion of HR strategic objectives
- Close collaboration with local HR department, Rewards Team, other stakeholders
- Extract reports needed for personnel administration and other reports upon request
- Manage activities as a backup for colleagues in the team whenever needed
- Ensure compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Relevant professional education, e.g. apprenticeship in business management or studies (Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred)
- Preferably 2-3 years professional experience with HR administration and/or payroll
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
- HRIS system (SAP or Workday) knowledge and experience preferred
- Work experience in international environment/team/global company is preferred.
- Experience in other HR disciplines (e. g., Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partner, Learning, Payroll, etc.) is preferred
- This opportunity is located at the Sandoz site at Prague and will not have the ability to be located remotely
