We are seeking an experienced HR Manager – Leadership Development to join a dynamic, tech-savvy organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping leadership strategies, working closely with senior executives to drive talent growth and career development initiatives. Coaching will be a core component of this role, ensuring leaders have the tools, guidance, and support they need to thrive and drive business success.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to understand their leadership development needs.
• Provide executive coaching to leaders, empowering them to enhance their leadership impact and navigate career growth.
• Design and implement talent development programs that align with organizational goals.
• Facilitate meaningful conversations around career progression and leadership growth.
• Offer expert guidance on talent strategies within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Ensure leadership initiatives support the business’s innovation and transformation goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in HR, focusing on leadership development and coaching within tech companies.
• Strong ability to engage with senior leaders and drive impactful development discussions.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute leadership and talent programs effectively.
