Job description: Job Category: Human ResourcesJob Description:As an HR Generalist for the EMEA region, you will be a key contributor to Milestone’s People & Culture Operations team, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR service delivery. You will work closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Partners, payroll providers, and global P&C stakeholders to uphold operational excellence, compliance, and a strong employee experience across multiple EMEA countries.Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management

Administer onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and employee documentation in line with Milestone’s global and local standards. * HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee records in Oracle HCM, ensure GDPR compliance, and support internal audits and reporting requirements. * Payroll & Benefits CoordinationCollaborate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Support the administration of local benefits, pensions, and wellness programs. * Policy & Process SupportEnsure consistent application of Milestone’s global and local HR policies. Support the implementation of new processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Employee Support & AdvisoryAct as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems. Escalate complex matters to HRBPs or Legal as needed. * Project ParticipationContribute to regional and global HR projects, including policy harmonization, system enhancements, and employee experience initiatives.Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, preferably in a regional or international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Danish labor law; familiarity with other EMEA jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Danish or other European languages are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms.
