Job description: A. HR Strategy and Goals * Develop and implement local HR strategies and goals in alignment with headquarters and local human resources vision and objectives, and ensure their achievement.

  • Formulate and execute policies, programs, and practices related to human resources activities, including workforce planning, hiring, evaluation, and development.
  • Prepare the HR budget, submit it for approval, and monitor personnel operation budgets.
  • Serve as a strategic member of the local board, offering comprehensive support on HR topics related to people strategy, engagement, performance, and development.
  • Review and revise internal rules and regulations based on relevant HR statistics and reports.

B. Organizational Development and Change Management

  • Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate the current structure, culture, systems, and processes, and develop and implement strategies to improve organizational performance and employee engagement and skills.
  • Facilitate change management by communicating the need for change, providing guidance and support to employees and management, and ensuring successful implementation of changes.

C. Employee Relations and HR Administration

  • Provide advice and support to executive managers and employees on personnel engagement, development, and labor law compliance.
  • Manage HR networks and communication platforms within the company, ensuring effective information flow.
  • Address and manage employee relations issues across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Oversee payroll and HR administrative activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to personnel files.
  • Actively participate in and oversee staff retention programs, internal communication, government institution contact, employer branding, compensation and benefits structure and policies, and ensure legal compliance of HR practices.
  • Represent the company in relations with the trade union.

D. Learning and Development and Coaching

  • Grow the local Learning & Development and Academy community, serve as a role model, and create innovative content annually.
  • Support employees through transitions and maintain morale and productivity.

E. Guide the HR Team

  • Manage and supervise the HR team, set goals and tasks, and provide support.
  • Ensure a high level of skills and engagement within the HR team.
