The requirement is for Omani nationals as a part of the nationalisation initiative.The role holder assists with planning and co-ordination in support of People & Organisation (P&O) plans and projects.
Work is assigned by the manager, with specific direction and periodic review of progress and results, although the role holder will be required to work autonomously with the assigned task and liaise with the business as required regarding details. Work will be delivered in accordance with functional policy and guidelines, preferred suppliers and budget restrictions.This is a long term assignment in Muscat, OmanResponsibilities:Reflecting the market focus for the office in both brownfield and green field opportunities, multi-skilled personnel are sought, in particular those with experience in:Onshore Oil and Gas
Offshore Oil and GasWhat we can offer
HR Coordinator works within clear direction and existing guidelines, with the need to show initiative when dealing with and planning tasks.Assists the relevant P&O team with planning and delivery of specific work activities
Supports P&O activities as required in support of the employee life-cycle
Supports line managers with basic P&O activity and queries

Good standard of education – HR or business related qualification preferred
Job specific experience:
Knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks
Previous experience in an HR environment preferred
Knowledge of:
Changing regulatory environment preferredExperience of:
Supporting the achievement of performance targets
Ability to:
Deliver a customer-focused climate
Work in a fast paced environment
Prioritise work and manage day-to-day workload
Collate data into a logical order and sequence and provide simple analysisPersonal attributes:
