  • 1 x Permanent – Melbourne CBD portfolio
  • 1 x Permanent – Northwest Melbourne portfolio
  • 1 x Fixed-Term (12 months) – Northwest Melbourne portfolio

Please note: Candidates must reside in the relevant portfolio region.What You’ll DoAs an ER Business Partner, you’ll lead and support strategic case management and dispute resolution, act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters, and work closely with operational leaders to negotiate and navigate complex industrial relations issues.You’ll be at the heart of a highly collaborative team, working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment – no two days will be the same.What We’re Looking For

  • Senior HR generalist experience in complex, unionised environments
  • Strong track record in case management, grievances, and dispute resolution
  • Skilled in negotiation and achieving outcomes in challenging ER scenarios
  • Highly resilient, solutions-focused, and confident working with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence across all levels
  • Comfortable working in environments with strong union presence

Salary & Benefits

  • $117,579.12 – $132,230.29 p.a. plus super
