Job description: The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning their HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s objectives and growth.
Support organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing change management strategies. Develop succession planning and career development programs.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employees’ performance aligns with organizational goals. Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach. This includes handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Ensure the organization complies with local labor laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and advise management accordingly.
Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering gained from established and sizable blue-chip companies or multinational companies.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Experience in driving organizational change and transformation.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Hong Kong. Familiarity with global HR trends and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues. Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledgeable in HR metrics and analytics. Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed decisions to improve HR processes.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
