This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level Merchandising, Purchasing and Real Estate positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and what it takes to be successful in each position.Identify and recommend recruiting and organizational structure strategies to support our growing business.Work closely with business leaders to recommend and identify employee development opportunities.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.10+ years of HR or recruiting experience.
