You will partner across a diverse portfolio of programs and customer groups to support our business which employs a varied group of specialist staff with diverse technical expertise.This role will require both strategic and operational HR management of all facets of the employee lifecycle including but not limited to:

• Employee development
• Performance management
• Dispute resolution, and
• Interpretation of industrial instruments, reward, and recognition and employee engagement.

• Working knowledge and experience in multiple HR disciplines including Retention, Talent Development, Compensation, Performance Management, HR Analytics, WHS, Diversity and respective employment legislation.
• A commercial HR mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day operational requirements, and an ability to support strategic HR initiatives.
• Experience in building leadership capability, commerciality and strong engagement skills.
• Ability to think creatively and develop solutions to complex problems.
• Experience working with all levels of the business including senior leaders, executives.
