The RoleAre you an experienced HR professional who is passionate about partnering with the business to deliver on its vision and purpose? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our HR team as a HR Business Partner.As a HR Business Partner, reporting to the General Manager People & Capability, you will provide strategic, advisory, and operational support to leaders and employees throughout the employment life cycle. You will build strong stakeholder relationships with people leaders in your portfolio, earning a reputation for being a trusted advisor and business partner. You will work with leaders to ensure all HR policies and processes are understood and followed, engaging stakeholders to drive effective people management techniques, strategies, and decisions. You will also provide relevant HR data and analytics to leaders to support and inform decision making.Some of your key accountabilities:
