Reporting directly to the local TAPI HR Associate Director, this role will be responsible for managing talent acquisition and the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement. Additionally, the HR Partner will provide administrative support, process HR reports, and contribute to various HR initiatives such as talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.Due to the divestment of TAPI from Teva, we are looking for an innovative, self-driven, and open-minded professional who will be a strong partner for the business as well as the TAPI global HR community.How you’ll spend your dayIn this role, you’ll collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies, manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and lead the onboarding process for new hires. You’ll also lead the coorporation & partnership with Universities, participate in job fairs and other relevant events to strengthen the TAPI brand within the local market.You’ll identify and address training needs, design and deliver training sessions, and support ongoing employee development initiatives. Promoting a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms, you’ll develop team-building activities and serve as a point of contact for employee support and well-being.You’ll oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Additionally, you’ll maintain accurate employee records, manage HR administration tasks, prepare HR reports, manage contracts, and plan and monitor the annual budget.Finally, you will support managers in labor code related issuesWho We’re Looking ForPicture yourself as the perfect fit for this role. You have a background in Human Resources, Economy, or a related field, and you bring over three years of valuable experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner. Your expertise covers talent acquisition, training and development, HR reporting, and employee engagement. You have a solid understanding of the Czech labor code, recruitment practices, and HR best practices.Your interpersonal and communication skills are outstanding, making collaboration second nature to you. You handle sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Your organizational skills are exceptional, allowing you to manage multiple priorities effortlessly. You are proficient in English and Czech and have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools. Above all, you are organized, proactive, and driven by a self-motivated spirit. Do you recognize yourself?
