Job description: Are you a housing law expert who can provide technical advice and guidance to housing colleagues; whilst preparing, managing and representing legal cases to resolution?Alongside managing a case load of complex cases including antisocial behaviour, you will be required to deliver a high level of service to colleagues and customers in a busy demanding team. If this sounds like you, our Housing and Enforcement Specialist role could be the role for you.Our Housing and Enforcement Specialist role is a key expert role working within the Housing & Enforcement team; providing a comprehensive, cross tenure, housing management, housing law, ASB and tenancy enforcement service across our Customer Services Directorate. You will work in a hybrid way, utilising MS Teams, office and our Neighbourhoods to support our key stakeholders, partners, colleagues and customers.
