Job description: Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Padel Coach to lead and enhance our hotel’s sports and wellness offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching guests, organizing padel programs, and maintaining an engaging and professional sports environment. This role requires excellent coaching skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to create a fun and inclusive atmosphere for players of all levels.Key Responsibilities:Coaching & Training

• Provide professional padel coaching sessions for guests, members.
• Develop training programs suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
• Offer personalized coaching and group lessons to enhance guests’ playing experience.
• Provide technical guidance on padel techniques, strategies, and fitness conditioning.

Guest Engagement & Experience

• Promote padel as a leisure and fitness activity within the hotel’s sports facilities.
• Organize social events, friendly matches, tournaments, and padel clinics.
• Encourage guest participation by offering engaging and interactive coaching styles.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Facility & Equipment Management

• Ensure the padel court, equipment, and facilities are maintained in excellent condition.
• Monitor inventory of padel equipment (rackets, balls, accessories) and request replenishments as needed.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards on the court and surrounding areas.

Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of guest participation and coaching sessions.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe playing environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, coaching techniques, and best practices in padel training.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Padel Coach or a professional background in padel.
• Certification in padel coaching from a recognized sports association (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of padel techniques, rules, and game strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage guests of all skill levels.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
