Making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Partner with the bestThis role is Customer facing, with responsibility for winning business, leading the development of business plans for product lines and specific products.In this role, you will be responsible for:· Selling Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in MEANTI Region.· Handling the Sales and Technical support of Horizontal Pumping system (HPS). This product line requires good technical knowledge of HPS system.· Achieving and exceeding sales quotas, and sales strategies and goals of all customer within MENTI region for Artificial Lift Systems (ALS)· Building and maintaining positive relations with our customers and developing close relationships to maximize knowledge on upcoming opportunities· Contributing to frameworks for pricing and conditions and be able to negotiate individual deals local to your territory· Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used· Handling diverse clients in the MENATI region.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:· Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college· Have 7+ years of experience in a Sales/Operations role within Artificial Lift Systems (ALS)· Have 5+ years of experience in Horizontal Pump Systems (HPS)· Have established project management skills· Have experience of medium-sized sales, handling country or large territory proposals· Have a technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole and surface equipment· Have good interpersonal and leadership skills· Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems· Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, document, plan, market, and execute programsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
