Job description: Job Overview:A highly experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. He will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key clients. He should be capable of generating atleast 3,000 tons of annual business, including products such as Polyfilms, Laminates, and LabelsKey Responsibilities:· Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets and revenue growth.· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients across GCC, Africa, or both; established connections in the Oman market will be a plus.· Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market reach within the Labels & Flexible Packaging sector.· Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring sustainable year-on-year growth.· Work closely with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and fulfillment of customer requirements.· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt business strategies accordingly.· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, collections, and market developments.· Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
