In line with this commitment, a one-day Leadership Training Course is proposed for managers and specialists. This training aims to develop critical leadership skills for managing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.Besides this, effective presentation skills are crucial for officers and coordinators to communicate ideas, share knowledge, and influence stakeholders. Therefore, a two-day training course on effective presentation skills is proposed for the officers and coordinators. This training aims to equip participants with practical skills to deliver impactful presentations. Duration & No. of Events and Expected Number of Participants – Leadership SkillsThere will be two training events on Leadership Skills. The duration of each training event will be no longer than one day. The expected number of participants for this course may be 25 -34 with an anticipation of 17 participants on each courseTarget Group for the Leadership Course:The target audience for the Leadership Training Course could include the managers and specialists from various sections of PPAF.Duration & No. of Events and Expected Number of Participants – Presentation SkillsThere will be three training events on Presentation Skills. The duration of each training event will be no longer than two days. The expected number of participants for this course may be 59 with an anticipation of 25 participants on each course.Target Group for the Presentation Skills Course:The target audience for this course could include the Associates, Officers and Coordinators from various sections and projects of PPAF.Training Design & Methodology:These training courses will be a blend of both practical and theoretical sessions including interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and group work and discussions.

Leadership Styles and Theories – Understanding different leadership approaches and their application in various scenarios.2. Effective Communication and Team Building – Techniques for improving communication, building trust, and motivating teams.3.
