ProjectRoles and Responsibilities Role :Technical Support:- Provide basic technical support for computers, networks, and internet-related issues.- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).- Skilled in internet browsing and information retrieval.- Deliver effective communication and support in both English and Hindi.Role 2: Administrative Support- Handle official communication and correspondence in English and Hindi.- Perform file management, data entry, verification, and validation tasks.- Write notes and take dictations accurately.- Operate multifunction devices, including printers, scanners, fax machines, intercoms, and telephones.- Assist in office-related tasks and ensure smooth workflow.- Communicate with officers regarding application-related matters.Educational Qualification:- Graduate degree in relevant fields such as BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc (CS/IT), or any diploma in computers.Key Skills Required:- Strong technical aptitude with basic IT knowledge.- Proficiency in MS Office and data management.- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
