Job description: Roles & Responsibilities: Medicine Circulation & Customer Interaction:

• Deliver medicines to customers in and around Pune.

• Provide guidance on usage and dosage of prescribed medications.

• Address inquiries and assist with over-the-counter medications as needed. Stock Management:

• Manage stock-in and stock-out entries in the inventory system.

• Monitor stock levels for timely replenishment.

• Remove expired stock and ensure inventory accuracy.

Office Maintenance:

• Keep the workplace organized, neat, and functional.

• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in all areas.

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance as required.

Workplace Management:

• Oversee daily operations and workflows.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and policies.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and customer orders.

• Prepare regular reports on stock status and sales.

• Ensure proper documentation of invoices and prescriptions.
