As a developer, operator and investor, the company focuses on solar PV, wind, hydro and storage. Currently, RP Global is developing a pipeline of 13 GW(p). The company’s headquarters are in Vienna, Austria and Madrid, Spain. The team in Vienna is growing and looking for support.Ihre Aufgaben

• Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures and programs
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
• Supervise regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Develop, deliver and ensure health and safety training programs for employees and contractors
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes
• Develop and enforce the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
• Provide health and safety support during the planning, development, and execution of renewable energy projects
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into project designs, operations, and the procurement process
• Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics
• Prepare and present health and safety reports to senior management and stakeholders

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety management
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Certification in health and safey (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) and familiarity with ISO 45001
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, any additional language is a plus
