As a Health Manager (Level 2), you will play a pivotal role in navigating sector reforms across the South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD).You’ll lead an exceptionally skilled team of clinical and non-clinical assessors, along with Intake and Scheduling staff, driving excellence in assessment services. What You’ll be Doing
The Team Leader/Manager is responsible for the overall management of the clinical and non-clinical staff within the NSW Health Single Aged Care Assessment System ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of needs assessments meeting Commonwealth, Ministry of Health, Service Area and LHD requirements.This is a clinical role providing line management functions for the assessment team including the workplace trainer, administration officers, schedulers, triage delegates and needs assessors.Where You’ll Be Working
