Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionWe are seeking a strategic and enthusiastic access and health economic professional who to ensure that Danish patients receive timely access to innovative therapies. Your main responsibility is to design and implement Roche’s market access strategies and submissions for the Medicines Council.You will work across Disease Area Teams to ensure strong and holistic strategic planning, building and implementation of market access strategies for new and existing assigned Roche products. Roche engages with different stakeholders in a transparent and collaborative way, advocating changes that make the Danish healthcare system more sustainable for both the system and patients.The OpportunityYou are responsible for strong, holistic strategic planning and for building and implementing compelling value stories for both new and existing Roche products under your remit.You lead the HTA strategy and drive HTA submissions across the Nordics, supporting price and reimbursement applications with robust health economic analyses for your assigned products.You develop and adapt tools and materials—such as budget impact models, value-based healthcare solutions, and tailored presentations—to support your work.You play an active role in local cross-functional disease area teams and engage regularly with your broader access network.As a market access expert, you contribute to public policy projects and are also involved in external stakeholder engagement as part of that work.Who You AreYou bring over 3 years of hands-on experience in market access and health economics, supported by relevant academic education (e.g., health economics, economics) and a background in the pharmaceutical industry or medicines prioritization.You possess deep insights into the Danish healthcare and payer system, including a strong network within key institutions, and a solid understanding of the local market access landscape and opportunities offered by real-world data (RWD) sources.You demonstrate excellent project management and communication skills in both Danish and English, along with strong quantitative abilities that support impactful health economic and access work.You think strategically and innovatively, with a strong ability to translate complex data into clear value propositions and solutions.You thrive in agile environments, embracing change and new, more flexible ways of working, with a proactive, can-do mindset.You are a collaborative team player and active networker, eager to engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes and shape access strategies.Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
